Western University of Health Sciences College of Podiatric Medicine (WesternU CPM) is the newest podiatric medical school in the United States. With its first class begining in 2009, WesternU CPM is preparing to meet the needs of the western states by providing highly trained podiatric physicians to this area. The CPM will join many other Health Science programs at Western U including osteopathic medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and many other programs. Although WesternU CPM will not hold full accredidation until the first class graduates in 2013, they have been approved for eligibility by the CPME.
With a high number of the US population located in this area, the need for good physicians is becoming more and more obvious.
